This is a very entertaining "Regular Show" episode, with a simple premise but interesting development.
In this episode Rigby rents an old black and white horror movie (Which seems to be a parody of the movie "Christine") After Rigby watches the cheesy movie, he is terrified by it, and Mordecai tries to help him to get over his absurd fear, resulting in many entertaining situations.
This episode had many funny parts (Particularly the scenes from the cheesy black and white movie Ello Gov'nor) and a very nice ending, being quite enjoyable to watch.
"Ello Gov'nor" was a decent beginning for the second season of "Regular Show". Even if it isn't so impressive as other Regular Show episodes such as "The Power" or "It's Time", is still a great watch.
