Pete is playing ping pong with his mirrored image in a huge mirror artifact owned by Lewis Carroll. Myka comes along; she and Pete start arguing and the mirror falls. Soon thereafter, the team is sent on the trail of a young couple that are having extraordinarily good luck gambling at big time casinos. The hapless young couple are really okay people but couldn't resist raking in the gambling winnings when they happen to get a token that allows them to see a few seconds into the future; just holding the token makes one feel lucky and powerful. Myka is acting a little odd and no wonder - it's not Myka but really Alice as a mirrored image of Myka. The real Myka is trapped in the mirror. I liked this episode and fortunately don't expect much logic from these shows just an entertaining story well told. And this one was even though Joanne Kelly continues to be the weak link in the series. She did a pretty good job in this episode and I bet she had a lot of fun with it. I do like the literary references in this series.
