After being attached to IMDb for a long time, I always thought which movie it will be for which i would write a review. After watching Barfi! I think this movie truly deserves a review.
Although initially i was little skeptic as to what mindset should i carry on while watching the movie, as i had already read so much about it. About the copied scenes and storyline.
Its true that many scenes are copied from many different films, especially Korean movies. Seems director Anurag Basu is a fan of Korean movies,(just like me!).
But keeping that fact aside, the presentation of the movie is quite good. A simple story is narrated in flashbacks in a suspense kind of way which makes it quite interesting and gripping.
As far as acting is concerned everyone did well, though i wished to see more of Jhilmil. And Ileana too for her charming presence!
There are many things which i would like to say, but i suggest u better watch Barfi and feel the emotions yourself.
Overall, a nice feel good type of movie. I m giving this movie 9, I deducted 1 because there was a lack of those three musicians towards the ending part of the movie!!!!(i wanted to see them more)!!!
