Possibly one of the worst found footage movies I have ever seen. There's no problems in redoing a plot that has been done several times before, but when you do, it always helps to try and do a better job! First off, the movies is full of scene changes, and "ghost" induced camera faults which include static, and analogue image distortion which would be fine if they were using analogue cameras. Problem is, they use digital cameras throughout the movie. So to be even somewhat realistic, the only effect that could have been used would be digitization. Asides from the technical mistakes, there are the really badly added "ghosts" where the CGI doesn't blend into the footage at all. The special effects leave a LOT to be desired, and the acting/plot.. even more so. If you are thinking of watching this movie, you may want to give it a pass, as time watching this movie can never be regained!
