This movie is the most romantic & heart-touching masterpiece of the 80s and perhaps only one of its kind in the history of Hindi Cinema. It has tried to reflect the essence of love in a true sense. Love means sacrifice, it is pure and immortal and has nothing to do with the physical attraction. Physical attraction is just an illusion of lust which fades with the passage of time but the true love is like a trace of light illuminating for centuries. Love is a feeling that can only be sensed by soul. Love is not a business which can be traded for anything else. The artists here have done full justice to the plot. Really the potentials of Anita Raj have been underestimated. She is one among the elite of Bollywood Actresses.
