Warning: Spoilers
If you are even reading this then you have at least a passing interest in the subject so this would prove to be an informative doc about a very obscure star and the victim of an infamous tragedy. The narration is a bit overawed and breathy but it still provides a glimpse of a long gone era lived by someone who lived quite a bit above the level of the common man or woman at the dawn of motion pictures as a popular entertainment and the people in her sphere, be warned Mary Pickford does not come off very well. As for The Flapper as silents go it is certainly no classic like The Wind or Pandora's Box just something cranked out to fill theatres for a week or two but having watched the documentary it is fascinating to see Olive in action just before the end of her life giving a real sense of the woman.
