From what I saw, this reexamination into the death of Dr. Hunt's father could have been done episodes before.
How her father's death was linked to the death of others, as well as police involvement was somewhat off the mark, and somewhat confusing to follow. The end is a real shocker by any standards.
The ending failed to explain how our Commissioner was such a villain.
I think we needed to see more of a romantic liaison between Tommy and Megan at the end. While it was understood, that the two invariably got together, more should have been made of this.
