Strange episode because it's divided in two stories. One concerning Teal'c and Jackson returning to Abydos to tell Sha're her father that they can't find her. Remember, Jackson was once in love with her. But when they arrive they soon discover that she's still alive and living together with her father.
Further we have O'Neill and Carter going to Washington to be decorated by the president. But things go wrong because O'Neill is stopped by a journalist who tells him that he know everything about Cheyenne Mountain base and the SG-1 project. Not only that, Jackosn soon discovers that Sha're is pregnant by Apophis. But Heru'ur, the enemy of Apophis wants to get the baby when it is born.
Two stories that are here to catch sadly they jump from one story to another. They should better have divided it in two separate episodes but we are stuck with it as it is. It's funny to see O'Neill and Carter walking in Washington. We can only hope that in further episodes the story about the journalist returns but this episode containing two stories that has nothing to do with each other is misplaced.
