As usually this episode includes a lesson. Little Richie learns when to take credit or not.
Carl was great and I absolutely love the character of the Lieutenant. The fact that he even changes his name according to his title makes him even more insane and unique. The story between him and Carl was pretty entertaining and involved some great acting.
When it comes to Eddie and Steve, the only thing that makes it good is the fact that we all love to see Steve stand up for himself. But it was not a well thought idea.
Really this episode for the most should just target little kids, for adults it is just about average (thanks to Carl and his colleague)
