The Newsroom: Red Team III (2013)
Season 2, Episode 7
Persona Power of Lady Jane Fonda
1 September 2013
Warning: Spoilers
Whoa! What a terrific episode of television viewing. Every episode of this series that Jane Fonda appears in becomes sensational due to the very presence of her powerful performance persona.

During this one, she's wearing a stunning ball gown that makes being a 76yo woman look more like a 30yo one. When she turns her back to the cameras, the sheer material at the top of the gown is strewn with black streams of sequins. Gorgeous. Simply gorgeous.

That aside, Fonda doesn't have to appear in every episode for this viewer to know without a doubt that she's the boss. After watching the last minutes of this episode, Fonda's character establishes herself as an extremely business-minded and centered CEO and a half who's not about to put up with mistakes.

Turning on that Lady Jane Fonda (her real name) charisma as well as her very shrewd business sense to be her character, Fonda easily steals the show with an irate monologue aimed at the characters of Daniels, Waterson and Mortimer.

My jaw dropped in awe of how her performance persona came across the screen into me.

Television viewing has rarely been so refined as it has been for the past two seasons. Great writing and acting!
