My favorite movie of all times and not for the obvious reasons

Warning: Spoilers
What I liked about this film is that every frame and every scene was important to the story. There are no puppy in the window filler shots. I applaud the writing and the directing for such an intricate weaving. Not a film for those with no patience for God or intolerant of Christian films. I enjoyed watching this film as I started to recognize things and tried to figure out what was going on, only to be wrong several times. I see something new every time I watch it. Brilliant concept and execution of the concept on film. It's master story-telling at it's best

FINAL: THE RAPTURE is the type of movie that was very popular at the turn of the century - One that has a great twist in the tail . I have to say I didn't expect this. I didn't have great expectations when I saw this. Especially considering the cold reception given to it by secular critics who refused to review the film because of it's hard-core Christian stance. But it is one of the most original Hollywood thrillers ever and one that speaks of God at every turn

!!!! SPOILERS !!!! The premise involves "4 characters who get caught in the Rapture " in 4 countries. I sat in the theater (in Orlando) mesmerized...I saw several people weeping at the end of the movie - some of my friends I came with were silent in the car going back home - one guy said he was a changed man, whatever that means...
