Review of The Selfish Giant

Wow is that little fella ever amazing! This is such a touching, and surprising movie, I was really caught off guard. Instead of Arbour, they should have just named him ASBO, and skipped the middle parts. This is a good story of people finding ways to survive, and more about these two young boys who each see a way out inside that junkyard, except they are looking in different directions. Even the bad guys are not really bad, just guys. Fantastic film work, and direction. All of the actors in this movie are here for the movie, and you can feel real performances from every one of them. I was moved, and I really Enjoyed this movie a lot. I recommend it to anyone over the age of ten, and in this world the more lessons you can be taught without having to touch the stove top yourself the better I think.
