As far as I'm concerned the writers of TWD just shot themselves in this foot with the Daryl character. Last week the had an entire episode devoted to developing Daryl so we can get a better understanding as to how a character will react during a particular situation... I have NO clue what they are thinking, or what they want us to think? They portray Daryl as a very cunning ZA survivor who is always ready to anticipate any danger by looking around every corner and checking every door....they show Daryl feeling guilty about not stopping The Gov, and Daryl saying he could have done more to prevent the fall of the prison... and then...the very next episode.....they show Daryl haphazardly just open the front door to let a herd of walkers inside to overrun the house.... I find the writing very disappointing...Who is this Daryl guy?
