Seventeen and Missing (2007 TV Movie)

Cheap TV movie
22 March 2014
Emilie Janzen (Dedee Pfeiffer) has a superpower of seeing visions when she touches people or things. She's separated from her husband for 2 years. She had a fight with her daughter Lori. When Lori isn't in her bed the morning after a party, Emilie is panic. Police Det. Cornell (Terry David Mulligan) tries to investigate. She sees visions of her daughter locked in a basement. However she just doesn't need more clues to find her.

This is a cheap looking TV movie. On top of that, the premise and the effects for the visions are weak. It feels like the usual damsel in distress movie with a supernatural thing tacked on. The production just look so cheap. Most of the acting is reasonably acceptable, but there isn't enough here to recommend.
