Review of The Houses October Built

I think the premise for this is pretty fantastic, and one of the very few idea were found-footage would actually work. As it is, the film maintains a very good level of suspense and dread throughout, until the climax. The climax here is really just like so many other horrors films', and the fact that this was doing something different before it made it even that much more disappointing. Still, everything before that really does seem to work to an extent, it's not overly obnoxious and it's able to really gather some good images. I don't think this is anything amazing or even really original, but I'd recommend it. Some decent acting too.
