A day on which the staff of the ER has to go through some obstacles as usual. Dr. Benton has his interview but we still have to wait to find out if he made it. Dr.Greene has some issues in finding some time with his wife. Somehow I feel they will end up divorcing. Carter's day is a great one as he is successful in a very difficult treatment. It is nice to see him conquer a milestone, soon the inexperienced young doctor will have even more confidence. Dr. Ross and Carol Hathaway have a kiss, but she still moves in with her new boyfriend. This story is a bit soap opery but it is good for the show if in a good proportion. And Dr. Lewis has some extra trouble with her sister. All in all a very eventful episode. I also liked how Jerry gave Carter a suggestion on how to find an apartment.
