Carrie is where she wants to be; in Islamabad as CIA station chief at the US embassy. Not everything is as she wants though; her team doesn't seem to be behind her and her deputy is distinctly disappointed to see her as he had been promised the job; she is also unpleased about an embassy lockdown which means she can't get her people onto the streets gathering much needed information. Unsure about her official team Carrie has set up a second team of her own away from the embassy and they have been given the task of making contact with the survivor of the drone attack. Meanwhile back in the States Quinn has had enough of working for the CIA although they aren't keen for him to leave; sitting at home he pours over the videos of the attack that left the previous station chief in Islamabad dead and realises it was not a random attack.

In many ways this is another set up episode; with Carrie getting things set up in Pakistan and Quinn getting drawn back into the situation. This meant there was little action, just a few flashback scenes. That doesn't mean it wasn't an entertaining episode though. It was nice to see Nazanin Boniadi return as Fara Sherazi, now part of Carrie's unofficial team. Quinn's scenes were also entertaining; Rupert Friend does a fine job as this conflicted character. Overall a quiet but enjoyable episode which left me keen to see what will come next.
