Mark is going through some tough times. He doesn't want to agree to the settlement and admit that he made a mistake at the death of the woman. This just makes him look over other cases that ended badly. An awesome continuation of this plot line. Anthony Edwards does such a great work with Mark's struggle. The scene when he goes down to see the analysis of the dead body is also great, pretty morbid.
Carter and Harper are being great together as well. Love the two of them and their stories, even as small and simple as this one.
I think one of the main highlights was the earthworms story. Making Carol act around them the way she would with patients was just absolutely hilarious. As well as the speech she gave to the woman on how they tried it all but they didn't survive (which they luckily did).
