This film tells the story of four penguins saving their species from an evil octopus, who seeks revenge because the penguins got all the love from zoo visitors.
"Penguins of Madagascar" has a contrived plot, and yet watching it gives me the feeling of having attention deficit disorder. There is so much going on, every thing is very brief and the focus changes all the time. Yet, there is little important plot lying in all the chaotic action. There are a few one liner jokes that made me giggle, but there is nothing that makes me laugh out loud. The famous actor sound alike sentences is funny the first time round, but it gets tiresome quickly. I was bored and disappointed by it.
