It actually was a little intimidating! It has suspense, throughout the film. It causes your emotions to become tied with the characters. The writing keeps you in anticipation of what is to come. You never know what is going to happen next. I definitely recommend this film. Especially to people, like myself, who are tired of the mundane films of current day. Rob Thorpe is the next big thing in the world of directors/producers/writers. He notices the little nuances of the great directors of our time, and combines it with an amazing story plot that both Shakespeare and Hemmingway would be proud of.
