I really enjoy this episode. It's not one of my all-time favorite episodes, but it is pretty good. And you have to expect that five seasons in, it's not going to be amazing every episode. Then again, it's currently airing it's eleventh season, and it's still pretty good.
In this episode, Meredith and Derek find out that their happily ever after may not be what they thought it would be. Meanwhile, a military doctor comes to the hospital and manages to impress Christina. And everyone is shocked and frankly, a little peeved off, when they hear that Seattle Grace isn't a top ranked teaching hospital anymore. They used be like #3, and now they're #12. That's got to hurt.
Overall, I give this episode an 8 out of 10, which in my ratings book is: Awesome.
