I absolutely love this episode. It's one of my all-time favorites of the entire series and it's definitely in my Top 5 episodes. I love how evil Cole is, but at the same time, I miss him.
In this episode, Cole realizes that he'll never get Phoebe back in this world, so he joins the Avatars to give him the power to change time. He makes it so Piper and Phoebe never met Paige because she was killed. Cole now rules in the Halliwell Manor with Phoebe has his wife, even though she still doesn't love him. Leo and Piper broke up, and Piper isn't pregnant. Instead, she spends her days wearing leather outfits trying to find and vanquish Shax, for what he did to Prue. But somehow, Paige sneezed, which caused her to orb into the alternate reality. So she convinces Leo and Piper of the real world. They then must convince Phoebe. After they have, and Cole tries to kill Paige again, they vanquish him. They can do this because in this world he isn't indestructible. He is only Belthazar, and Belthazar can be killed. After they vanquish him, the world is returned to normal and Cole was successfully vanquished.
Fun Fact: This is the 100th episode.
