I really love this episode. It's mainly because of the Blair and Chuck moments, because they are my favorite couple of the show. It's one of my all-time favorite episodes from this season, and the entire series.
In this episode, it's Blair's seventeenth birthday, and she is devastated by the current state of her and Nate's relationship. At her birthday party, she tries to show a happy face, but when Nate doesn't call, like he always does, she gets depressed, and ends up going to Chuck for comfort. He has also revealed that he may have feelings for Blair. Meanwhile, Jenny and Dan's Mother comes into town.
Best part of the episode: The Chuck and Blair moments.
Overall, I give this episode a 10 out of 10, which in my ratings book is: Freaking Ridonkulous.
