We live in Texas and would like to see survival tips for areas that are typical Texas hill country or Gulf Coast, which includes defense against chiggers and ticks, as well as mosquitoes. There were episodes in a southwest desert and Florida Everglades, I think, but most of the episodes pit man against cold weather. Husband and I won't watch a women's version. IMHO, women aren't as much fun to watch undergoing challenges and I am a woman.
