A remarkable life, perfectly captured.

I grew up watching the annual Jerry Lewis Labor Day MDA Telethons, and I was familiar with Christopher Rush as he served as the national ambassador from 1983 - 1984. However, as with so many things in life, I lost track of him when his public time with the MDA ended. Finding out about this film was a gift, as it beautifully illustrates Christopher's journey beyond those years.

The director of the film, Zack Arnold, was a friend and classmate of Christopher's, and his personal touch brought an intimacy that made watching 'Go Far' a truly enriching experience.

The film is wonderfully narrated by Mark Hamill. 'Star Wars' meant the world to Christopher (a passion we share!), so having Luke Skywalker himself speaking as Christopher was a real treat!

Family, friends, celebrities -- all whose lives were forever changed by the witness of the astounding bravery of one young man determined to overcome his physical obstacles -- are featured throughout, and their stories, recollections, and anecdotes paint a picture of someone who felt he could accomplish anything he set his mind to... and more often than not, he did! I look at my own life and wonder if I'd have the fortitude and the faith to do the same.

I was moved to tears... I laughed out loud... and my heart was stirred. You can't ask for more than that. I cannot recommend 'Go Far: The Christopher Rush Story' enough.
