Unsullied (2014)
6/10
Low Budget 'Wrong Turn'
28 August 2015
Warning: Spoilers
I saw "Unsullied", starring Murray Gray-This is her first movie but she was on a German TV show called Privatdedektive Im Einsatz; Nicole Paris Williams-Free Ride, Spring Breakers; Rusty Joiner-Resident Evil:Extinction, Dodgeball:A True Underdog Story and James Gaudioso-The Ghost and the Whale, Duke.

This is a low budget thriller that reminded me of the Wrong Turn movies-you know the ones about unlucky young adults getting stranded in the woods and getting hunted down by some hillbilly rednecks. The most interesting thing about this movie is that it is written & directed by Simeon Rice, an NFL player that played for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Murray plays a track runner that is on her way to a track meet when, guess what ? Car troubles! And it's right in the middle of no where! Luckily, two good old boys, Rusty & James, are driving by and out of the kindness of their hearts, stop to help her out. Also, luckily, James just happened to bring along his bottle of chloroform for emergencies! When Murray wakes up, she is tied to a bed in a cabin and she is next in line for servicing; the boys are working on another girl in the other room. Murray gets loose-just in time-and the chase is on. During flashbacks, you see Nicole, Murray's sister, and you eventually find out what happened to her-I bet it had something to do with Rusty & James. This is not that bad of a movie, it's just a little amateurish in the acting and the dialogue/plot. It's rated "R" for violence, language, drug use and sexual content-there is a rape scene-and has a running time of 1 hour & 33 minutes. I don't think that I would buy this one on DVD but it would be alright, as a rental.
