First class kids TV from the BBC... again!
6 September 2015
Nobody makes TV for kids like the BBC. And while you may not be a fan of the BBC or the way it raises it's funding, covers up it's scandals and reports on the news, you can't possibly fault the world class quality of the Cbeebies content.

It's nothing short of brilliant... and Footy Pups is no exception.

Each week, international woman's footballer Rachel Yankey meets with a new team of six kids to learn and practice something new about football. (Soccer, to the North Americans!)

The short fifteen minute episodes move along briskly and feature some animated characters to help illustrate the new moves and they often have their own story to tell, too.

The icing on the cake (and what makes it great fun for dads too) is the brilliant running commentary by that legendary voice of English football, John Motson.
