There is very little to review since this movie is only 19 minutes in length, but the basic out line is a man gets his penis irreparably damaged by a prostitute, then in a stretch of the imagination he gets a penis transplant from a dying man.
To his horror he quickly realises that this new penis has a taste for young boys, and then to make matters worse his neighbour asks her to babysit her young son overnight.
It was brief and to the point, and overall enjoyable with several scenes which could be characterised as comedy. I wont spoil it for it for you, go check it out yourself.
