Warning: Spoilers
"Geometria" is a 9-minute horror short film from almost 30 years ago written and directed by Guillermo del Toro in his early 20s. I am quite a fan of his Hellboys movies, but obviously you cannot expect that level here already. This is more of a story on diagonals and demons. A student is in danger of failing geometry class and calls evil demons that may help him in this situation. Wow he must have been really desperate. Anyway, del Toro cast even family members for this one, but even if it is not a great watch in terms of story, it is still a decent effort in terms of atmosphere and given del Toro's age, it's a fairly solid achievement. Certainly far more advanced than most other filmmakers in their early 20s, even if this one is not a great watch by any means.
