Two stories here. One is some old guy wants to bring back Vaudeville. The first half hour of this episode you see about two minutes of this part. When he shows up at fantasy island he is kissing the women on the cheek two times like they do but hes overdoing it cause hes funny. I liked how one chic seemed repulsed. Lousy actress. So he gets to meet his old Vaudeville buddy who Mr Rourke hooks him up with. One was living in California, one in good ole New jersey. if they had facebook, things may have been different. So the guy (who i just saw last night on Its a mad mad mad world") was doing vaudeville with the scrunchy faced guy. Whats Vaudeville , you ask? I looked it up a few years ago when i was made aware of it. Its that stupid 20 's comedy where someone is trying to be funny. that's all i came up with. The episode used the phrase "Dead and buried" describing it like 4 times . Tattoo himself said it sucks (though he seemed to be the only one that liked its performance. So this episode did a real good job of making a Vauldville performance look sad and depressing. I wanted to cry watching them perform. And this only encouraged the guys stupid kids who are against it, who come on the island for some reason to bitch about it and how much dad is loosing chasing this dream (were they free?). At first i thought the kids were a couple but i looked at them and thought something seemed disgusting about it, then they were shown to be brother and sister. good casting director. Anyhow some idiot from the government who laughs at all their stupid jokes hires them to tour old people homes and the like for the rest of their lives. Stupid.
Intermission, a few stupid bits with Tattoo and his inventions. I liked how he had a brown lighter, they hard to find. when i smoked, i had Orange ones so if a friend stole it, i found it quick. but Orange became trendy, so i went brown . thats all i have to say on that....
The other story was confusing for me, was it because I'm drinking heavily or doing a crossword during the episode but it had this cute blond chic who came to the island to find a romance that was 3 days back in the day. She kept thinking she imagined stuff about it and the guy so i wondered if she was crazy but from what i gathered their was an accident during her 3 day romance where she got brain hurt or something, . then there's this sunglasses guy watching her and i m like "all right, do something" then hes a spy and the guys he likes is aspy or something and shes like crazy for him and I'm like he must have a huge... and then i thought maybe the spy guy is death and the other guy is trying to avoid him, then i was thinking why would a hit man drive a ugly small European car in Hawaia to try and kill someone, then it was a faked death after a stupid costume party where i was surprised they even found each other (once again, a cell phone could have changed all that) . So the guy faked his death. I have said this many many many times, shoot them in the face, its not bullet proof and you'll know they are dead. the end.
