Well, I'll start of by saying I loved tone of this episode. There was light humor, a little action with the Rick, Daryl, and Jesus scenes, and more emotional scenes with Michonne, Spencer, Carl, and Enid. The episode overall was pretty fulfilling and a nice relief after the intense episode last week. Yes, there were a few silly mistakes but I think it worked out pretty well.
That being said, I've always thought Rick and Michonne would make an awesome couple. I have seen the chemistry between them since S3 and have waited *patiently for them to act on it. The Rick and Michonne scene was very nicely done. It had a grown-up feel to it that appeared natural rather than forced. I think they make perfect sense together and I'm glad they are both happy. I would have liked to see what happened between the jumps but it was a great episode. Rick and Michonne are finally a couple. Yes!!! Notable mentions: Carl telling Michonne that he would have done it for her was very sweet. Michonne telling Spencer that he does have a family and a home was also pretty touching. I loved the scenes with Rick and Daryl, they always work well together. And Jesus...wow. He's a handful from the start and I love it. I regretfully haven't read the comics but I'm looking forward to seeing where all of this leads.
