Review of Misery

Real Detective: Misery (2016)
Season 1, Episode 8

Here they go again!
27 February 2016
This series just keeps turning out episodes that are of theater quality. This episode about a Detective that had just moved to Great Falls Montana. Is another one that continues the run they've had in their maiden season. As they always do they have John Cameron (the original investigating detective) to punctuate the telling of this compelling story. And like the ones that came before all the production values are great. The acting is amazing for TV drama. And the writing (the telling of the story) pulls you into the story. The story is about a grade school age boy who according to the mother, has gone missing. And like all the murder stories told on this show. There's more to this story. A lot more. These stories are a great reminder that we are far from a completely evolved species on this planet. This series reminds us that there a lot of men and women doing good work. Speaking for the dead.
