Not only is this one of my favourite episodes of the season, it is also one of my favourite episodes of the entire show. Everything that makes a show good is here and everything that gives Full House its flair is here in the perfect ways.
A Pox in Our House deals with Stephanie catching the chicken pox and having to miss her dance recital. The disease spreads to Jesse (who must also miss his do-wop show) and Joey. Danny must find a sitter for Michelle because he has a chance to play basketball with the Warriors and DJ is going to her first slumber party.
There are two scenes with excellent musical numbers: one with Jesse and his band, the other with Jesse Joey and Stephanie. There are also a few hilarious cute scenes with baby Michelle. Michelle says her best gibberish in this episode.
Perhaps the most important aspect is its underlying theme of having to give up things and putting your family first. This isn't done in a cheesy way like most others in the show.
