Some mindless torturing and killing that isn't really explained, but it works out for Arya as the patriarch of the Lannister's knows right from the beginning that she is a girl and makes her his servant. Maybe they will get close enough that Arya can tell her what Joffrey did to her father, and he can realized how terrible of a king he is, and how his daughter is an incest-driven psychopath.
