A story of a woman growing a boy up

Warning: Spoilers
New to this website and want to comment. This is a story of a woman growing a boy up. Why hasn't anyone pointed this out? I am pleasantly surprised. Once I got past the juvenile gags (which some are quite funny), I was quite touched by the relationship between Andrew and Olivia. The actress is the real glue here. The actor was strong but the actress was the movie for me. She was the strength for his character and turned him into a man by the end. Now that I think about it, the actor must be quite strong as well in order to change his character so much by the end. If I had to pick a negative, it would be that some humor is R-ish (but oddly I don't remember any bad language) and some is PG-13. If a studio made this film, it would have gone really strong in one direction or the other, not the middle. A 7-yr old could watch 97% of the movie. As an adult, I found the juvenile stuff endearing but as a parent, I would be hesitant for a kid under 10 or 11 to watch this because of two sexual moments that would be uncomfortable with little kids. I am a fan and will see this again.
