Warning: Spoilers
Watching this movie as an Amazon recommendation based of movies I have viewed recently. I wasn't expecting Kill Bill or anything, but it is a "production" that you local high school's A/V department could have completed. Our protagonist Casey leads a gang that seems to be assembled because they had there on Lycra pants to provide as there is no costume or set designer identified as part of the production. Casey had a younger sister who is some sort of mountain bike champion who races before invisible crowds who provide canned cheers. There are no scenes that take place at night and few that take place indoors. Additionally, you haves scenes that are structurally placed in s prison but are filmed at what appears to be the local softball field and prisoners wearing the most interesting uniforms wife beaters and daisy duke cut-offs. More close-ups than one would see in a pop stars video. I enjoy independent, low-budget films. But this film takes it to a level that makes on wonder how did the director charm, coerce or bribe the other participants. This can only be recommended for those who believe there is the intention of camp or satire; if so, maybe s B for effort but an F for execution.
