After an army discharge due to a leg injury, he decided to serve his country by using his computer skills at the C.I.A. What he did not expect was the level of voyeurism that is used in order to prevent potential terrorist suspects but unfortunate lends unwanted views into the privacy of innocent civilians. As Snowden, Joseph Gordon-Levitt is smart but paranoid. He meets three journalist in a hotel room in Hong Kong to disclose what he knows yet realizes that his actions will be scrutinized by authorities.
