The show starts off pretty easy, but even at the beginning you can see that this is way more complex and not out there to shock with simple tricks. The title tells you what is happening and you expect characters to react to that "happening" a certain way and it still is gripping and will hold your attention.
The acting is really superb, but it's the story and the questions it raises. It's the mystery factor, but also the how would you deal with something like that. Also the intentions of many people are really unclear most of the time. And not all the questions will get sufficiently answered. If you were mad at Lost because it didn't provide you with everything you wanted, this will probably feel like it's in the same vicinity. It's way more low key don't get that twisted (no pun intended). But the drama and fantasy aspect of it is superb! If you like slow burning (mystery) things to develop ... this is the show for you
