What a way to destroy a classic
20 January 2017
This series has an interesting idea to bring the villain back from the dead. Its always a classic idea, that the villain returns seeking revenge against those that have wronged him. But here its done wrong. Xana basically lets our heroes know that he is back, and his attacks aren't that scary. All he does is just touch and grab, and that is somehow supposed to weaken people. That's not intimidating, like he was in the last series, where he could shoot bolts of lighting out of his hand whenever he possessed people. Now he moves slower than Frankenstein, and isn't scary. Furthermore, the CGI in the show may be better, but at the same time they look a lot more scarier than the previous series. A lot more detail was added to the characters, especially in their faces. But it makes them seem a lot more scary. Even the towers in this series look a lot like their from Tron, than the original series in which they look like actual towers.
