In the Robot Maker's first appearance (S1, Ep.4 "Day of the Robot"), he kidnaps a character played by John Saxon and replaces him with a robot. Here he kidnaps Oscar Goldman (played by Richard Anderson) and replaces him with a robot. There must be some prerequisite in the Robot Maker's kidnapping modus operandi about having a wicked comb over.
"Return of the Robot Maker" has some fun bits and moments of wit spread throughout, and guest star Henry Jones is fun as the titular character, but it all feels a bit stretched out, with even the action sequence dragging on for the better part of 20 minutes (and that's not just because our hero runs in slow motion).
