This lady is definitely kindness-impaired!

Warning: Spoilers
Catherine Balzac (Maud Adams) is definitely NOT a very nice person. It seems she has the only known sample of Xerxes...a super-bacteria that could wipe out millions...or more. Some government developed it and when they realized how lethal it was, they destroyed it...and somehow this nasty French woman smuggled out this sample. Now, she's willing to sell it to anyone who can meet her price--even terrorist groups! So what does this bacteria do? It very rapidly causes your internal organs to age and death is excruciating. So, the IM Force approaches her and gets her to believe they're interested in buying it. And, at the same time, Phelps pretends to be the scientist who created it and knows the most about it...which seems fortunate for them because Balzac and her evil minion are about to think they've become infected!

The only real negative in this episode for me is Adams' accent. It doesn't really sound French...not sure exactly WHAT it sounds like. Otherwise, top-notch entertainment and deliciously handled when the scum- bags think they are the next victims of this deadly bacteria!
