Warning: Spoilers
(May contain spoilers) Long ago, in a distant land, Samurai Jack disappeared 13 years ago, in 2004, when the series ended abruptly. Now, 50 years has passed and he cannot age. Since the loss of his sword and will to fight, he has forsaken his purpose and family, therefore becoming a rōnin. A wandering samurai. Fulfilling the desire to save others, he appears to have learned the way of modern technology, which include weapons, armory and means of transportation. (Yes, he rides a bad-ass motorbike now).

Yet, he is still haunted by the fact that he disobeyed his main purpose and fights with his inner demons, as Aku sends, one by one, his best assassins in order to seek final termination of the remains of one deluded, but still strong and good at heart, samurai. It remains to be seen if he manages to succeed.
