Don't waste your breath on fools, for they will despise the wisest advice.

Warning: Spoilers
Something is up when Wally is found using cologne. Mystery solved when he is spotted downtown with a girl. June wants to know who she is, her family, her intentions. Who knew June was so "jealous." She wants Wally to be a mommy's boy.

Poor Wally gets it at dinner and JUNE and Ward want to meet her. The girl is Julie Foster, daughter of one of the high school English teachers. Wally is going out that night with Julie and is doubling with Eddie; but the bad news is Wally is in Mr. Foster's English class. So, Eddie and Lumpy are really giving Wally the business. Now we have out real problem: will Wally continue to see Julie because he likes her, or will his friends intimidate him out of a nice relationship. I suspect Mr. Foster will play a role.

Wally tries to get out of Mr. Foster's class but Mr. Foster refuses, and tells Wally just to do his best and not worry what other people are saying. At JUNE's behest, Ward discusses the problem with Wally but not quite the way June expects. Wally ends up breaking up with Julie and, of course Eddie Haskell exacerbates the issue by insisting Wally be punished for breaking up Julie.

Possibly one the best scenes ever is Mr. Foster asking Wally where he gets his crazy ideas; and when Wally says it's just one of the guys, Mr. Foster retorts that Wally needs to tell Eddie Haskell to mind his own business.

But the final bit at the very end has to be seen to be appreciated. Especially by those of you who like me were educators in the 60's
