Warning: Spoilers
This is one of the best movies I have see. JOhn Vogel is give thee challenge of portraying Lee Strobel noted author and Chicago Tribune Legal Affairs journalist. The performance is good as we see a secular and atheistic Lee Strobel determined to either make or break Christianity. We start as Lee Strobel is at the height of his career in 1980. As the family celebrates, their only daughter at the time is choking and a nurse who is an evangelical Christian intervenes. Lee's wife converts to Christianity and thus the struggle of Lee Strobel's life begin. I also recommend you read the Case for Christ by Lee Strobel as the summary of his debunk research is well summarised as her turns back to Christianity. The interviews of Christianity apologists and the struggle for journalistic integrity comes very well into play. This is more a mature family experience as some temperamental scenes could be disturbing to younger views.
