On the one hand, we are constantly being told that "corporations" need to be regulated because they are inherently evil. We don't have regulations, it is claimed, because there is a conspiracy. Yet when regulations are in place, folk complain just the same. Regulations are not for me! They are for them! So it must be a conspiracy too, apparently. And, of course, it is also masterminded by evil corporations. So, what's the common thread. It is all part of a conspiracy, no matter what. Indeed.
