I find it very interesting that Graham Hetrick takes responsibility for Jewel Shirmer's autopsy, and yet Dr. Wayne Ross is the forensic pathologist who testified in court. There is no mention of Dr. Wayne Ross in this episode of "I Speak for the Dead". So...who really performed this autopsy?
