BEAST IN THE BASEMENT is an unacknowledged remake of the 1970 British horror flick BEAST IN THE CELLAR, made without an ounce of that film's atmosphere or, indeed, budget. The story is about a pair of kooky sisters who keep their crazed brother locked in the basement, only for him to escape and wreak havoc.
