This show has so much potential; the cast is perfect, it's funny without being sitcom-funny, the writing is great as well. My problem is that every new series, especially Netflix series, focus too much on sex.
I'm not a prude by any means, but at this point the sex scenes are just stupid and boring. If it does not add anything to the story, can we just move on? My guess is that anyone watching this knows how sex works and we don't need two or three minutes of moaning & groaning, asses & breasts- we get it. There was only one scene in the season where you could say the sex made the scene funnier and therefore was necessary, and I'm OK with that.
All the graphic sex scenes also make it harder to watch at anytime. I can't be the only person who feels that it's harder to watch movies or TV with lots of nudity and sex. Can't want him in the day because the kids are around. Can't watch on the train or bus because someone is always over your shoulder.
I don't like being restricted because of pointless sex. I just end up losing interest in the show all together because I can only watch them at night when the kids are in bed and the house is quiet.
I really hope they make the next season about the content because the show does have great potential.
