Nice & sometimes funny.

I like Eugenio Derbez. He's probably not the best comedian out there. He's like the Mexican Roberto Benigni doing slightly dirty PG-13 stuff. That's probably the reason why he's successful. His movies are for the whole family.

Overall, this movie's pretty average. Derbez is doing what he's doing in most of his roles, playing some kind of man-child (a middle aged boy-toy). I actually liked Hayek in this. Probably the funniest she's been since Fools Rush In, not because of what she's saying, more because of how she's portraying the sister and mom, the overall presence. Rob Lowe's great as always.

The film's full of appearances by funny actors the director, Ken Marino, has worked with over the years: Kristen Bell, Rob Riggle, Rob Corddry, Rob Huebel, Michael Cera, Michaela Watkins and surprisingly, Weird Al.

If you're looking for a better Derbez comedy with a little more depth, I actually enjoyed No Se Aceptan Devoluciones (Instructions Not Included) way more. 5.5/10

Innocent family fun. 5.5/10
