Warning: Spoilers
If you missed seeing Meathook Massacre, the first feature, it was only an hour long and was mentioned in Camp Blood 5, which was more of a Camp Blood 4 part 2. This was a far more ambitious undertaking weighing in at 66 minutes with the final credit run lasting 7 minutes. I'll let you do the math on that one.

The feature opens with an event that happened 10 years ago as three girls go missing. We see 2 of them on meathooks, an important plot point, if you don't mind a spoiler. The film jumps to the present in the current wilds of Nebraska as a family of supposed cannibals are killing people coming to their door as cars break down nearby all the time. Finally the brother of one of the missing girls decides to go look for her after 10 years.

The film includes long time "D lister" actress Dawna Lee Heising who was listed as "showgirl" in Blade Runner. She has also worked with Creep Creepersin. In spite of all the incredible talent, the cinematography was bad. Sound was cheap. Had some good tunes. Acting and dialogue was bad. Special effects noticeably cheap. The killer grunts like a pig. He wears a blood painted mask with an elastic band.

Guide: F-word. No sex or nudity.
